Pumpkins!

Since we now have secured some safe space in our newly fenced in garden area we decided to try our hands with some festive fall crops.  These pumpkins are doing great so far, as well as the kale collards and other fall crops we have planted.

Staggering weekly plantings of spinach and lettuce is a good way to get the most out of our maturing veggies while also allowing us to dial in the best planting dates.  Once a week we plant new rows for 3 -4 weeks total.  Raised beds and p…
